Last updated: 2026-05-10 · Designated Agent Registration No. DMCA-1072563

DSRT Audio, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 USC § 512). If you believe content on a DSRT Audio service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our Designated Agent following the procedure below.

Designated Agent

DSRT Audio, Inc.

Attn: DMCA Designated Agent

1134 North Sycamore Avenue, Apt 125

Los Angeles, CA 90038

United States

Email: dmca@dsrtaudio.com

Phone: +1 (646) 696-5582

Our Designated Agent is also registered with the US Copyright Office (Registration No. DMCA-1072563) and listed in the official directory at dmca.copyright.gov.

How to file a copyright infringement notice

Per 17 USC § 512(c)(3), your written notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or someone authorized to act on the owner's behalf).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works on our service are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works).
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail to allow us to locate it — typically a direct URL or persona identifier on the platform.
  4. Your contact information: legal name, mailing address, phone, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send the notice to dmca@dsrtaudio.com with subject line "DMCA Notice — [your work name]". Notices missing any of the six elements above may be ineffective under the statute.

⚠ Warning — 17 USC § 512(f): Any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice — for example, falsely claiming material is infringing — may be liable for damages, including attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer or by DSRT Audio.

Counter-notification procedure

If you are a DSRT Audio user (creator or renter) whose content has been removed or disabled following a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification under 17 USC § 512(g). Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which DSRT Audio may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or that person's agent.

Send counter-notifications to the same Designated Agent address above.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original notifier. If the original notifier does not notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action seeking a restraining order, we may restore the material.

Repeat-infringer policy

In accordance with 17 USC § 512(i), DSRT Audio terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users (creators or renters) who are determined to be repeat infringers. Determinations are made on a case-by-case basis taking into account the nature, severity, and frequency of infringement, the credibility of notices received, and whether the user has filed valid counter-notifications.

Modifications to this procedure

DSRT Audio may update this procedure from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of any DSRT Audio service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated procedure.
